There are several ways to handle the fees. One approach is to pay a flat fee for pre-trial and an additional flat fee if trial is necessary. Another option is to pay one flat fee that would be for all legal services including a jury trial. The choice is up to you. I am willing to discuss the fee schedule with you and help you pick the one that suits your needs.
I gladly accept payment with cash or checks. Additionally for your convenience, I also accept credit cards. In order to accommodate your budget, you may combine two or more payment methods. My goal is to offer affordable rates and payments that make my legal services available to almost everyone.
The first step is to have a free initial consultation with me. At that first meeting, I will make sure you understand your rights and what options you have. There is no risk or cost to you. This is all part of the initial consultation. At the end of the first meeting, if you do not feel you will be completely satisfied with my defending you, then simply walk away. You will owe me nothing and you will have gained a lot of information about your situation and your options. If you are convinced that I am the right attorney to represent you, then we will be able to begin work on your defense.
